Technical Installations:

2. Emergency Alarm: In case of an emergency, the hotel staff will conduct a rapid investigation to determine the cause of the alarm. Guests are advised to remain calm and follow the instructions provided by the trained hotel staff.

Escape Routes

1. Evacuation Maps: Every Floor has an evacuation map located in the corridor. Guests should familiarize themselves with the map and the nearest emergency exits.

2. Evacuation Procedure: If a hotel evacuation is required, guests should take their room key, exit the room, and avoid using the elevators. They should proceed to the closest stairway and exit the hotel. Guests in function rooms or food and beverage outlets should also locate the nearest emergency exit and leave the building.

Lifts

1. Lifts' Response: When a fire alarm is activated, all lifts will immediately go to the ground floor

2. Guests are strictly advised not to use the lifts in case of a fire.

Disabled Guests

1. Special Assistance: Disabled guests are registered at the reception. In the event of an emergency evacuation, a member of the trained hotel staff will provide assistance to ensure their safe evacuatio.

Fire Safety Procedu

1. Staying Calm: It is essential to remain calm in case of a fire emergency.

2. Fire Emergency Button: If a guest encounters a fire, they should press the fire emergency button nearest to them.

3. Dial 0: To report the incident, guests should dial also dial “0” and inform the operator of the following details:

Type of incident (fire, in this case)

If People are in Danger

1. Effective Communication: Guests must ensure that they communicate clearly with the operator to provide accurate information.

2. Extinguishing Fire: If it is safe to do so without endangering oneself, guests can try to extinguish the fire. However, personal safety should always be the top priority.

3. Closing Doors and Windows: If a fire occurs, guests are advised to close all doors and windows near the fire area to prevent the spread of smoke and flames.

4. Registering Back at Reception: After safely evacuating the building, guests should go back to the Reception Area or outside Assembly Point to account for their presence and safety.
