In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, this property has implemented supplementary safety and sanitation measures to ensure guest well-being.
Dear guests, to ensure safety and comfort of the Hotel guests during their stay, we have clarified some guidelines.
1. Guests shall acquaint themselves with the fire safety procedures and comply immediately with fire or other safety drills, alarms, and instructions.
2. Guests shall always behave appropriately and with discretion, respectful of the Hotel environment and staff, as well as of other guests.
3. During the quiet hours from 11pm to 7am, guests shall be particularly considerate and refrain from any conduct that could disturb others in the vicinity.
4. Guests are given the key card upon registration at the reception and are kindly asked to lock the rooms. Guests are required to handover their keys to the receptionist upon departure. If guests lose or do not return the keycard, they are obligated to pay the penalty of INR 500.
5. Rooms can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document. No overnight visitors are permitted.
6. Disturbing other Guests is not allowed. Hotel keeps the right to refuse further hospitality to the Guest who disturbs other Guests or on other way disrespects House Rules.
7. Food must be consumed only in common areas and food waste must be properly disposed of.
8. Smoking, alcohol, and recreational drugs are strictly prohibited.
9. The facilities of the Hotel are for the enjoyment of all guests. To this end, care shall be taken to respect the infrastructure. In particular, furniture shall not be moved, and nothing may be fixed to furniture or walls.
10. Guests are expected to keep their rooms and the common areas clean and tidy at all times.
11. Proper care should be taken of personal valuables. The IC's Hotel is not responsible in the event of their theft, loss or damage. Lost and Found items will be kept by the Housing Service for 3 months. They can be retrieved at the Hotel Reception only. No items can be sent. Perishable items will be disposed of immediately.
12. Linen is changed every third day. Used towels are changed daily.
13. In all Guest rooms DO NOT DISTURB signaling switch has been provided. Hotel rule is that this signal cannot remain activated longer than 24 hours. After this time, Hotel reserves the right to enter the room due to Safety and Security reasons.
14. Hotel guests must have appropriate clothes and footwear when they are moving through the public spaces of the hotel.
15. Carrying explosives, weapons, inflammable materials, or other dangerous chemicals into the hotel is prohibited.
Hampton By IC’s Hotel reserves the right to charge guests additional cleaning or damage fees, or to evict guests without refund and/or inform their Hampton By IC’s hierarchy and/or home institution, should they fail to comply with the above-mentioned rules.
