Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully as these conditions incorporate the basis on which bookings for the Hampton By IC's - Rohillapur is accepted. The Terms and Conditions below are for bookings made directly via the hotels’ websites and payments via payment gateway systems through the Waetiya Limited. Registered Address: Plot No.5, Near Prathamik Vidyalaya, Rohillapur, Sector 132,Noida (UP)-201304.
By using this Site, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
We may revise these terms & conditions from time to time by updating this posting. The revised terms will take effect when they are posted. Your use of some parts or features of the Site may be governed by additional terms and conditions. Where this is the case you will be notified accordingly of those additional terms and conditions.
Early Check-In
The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee in the event a guest departs earlier than the original departure date.
Early Check-Out

Cancellation Policy
Each rate booked at Hampton By IC's , Rohillapur is subject to a cancellation policy. Failure to check in on the reserved arrival date will incur a penalty charge as detailed in the cancellation policy of the rate booked. We reserve the right to cancel or modify reservations under circumstances where it appears that a customer has provided an invalid credit card, engaged in fraudulent or inappropriate activity, or where the reservation contains or resulted from a mistake or error. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel or amend bookings if they do not adhere to our terms and conditions.
If a guest chooses to shorten their stay or check out early, a penalty charge will apply, as detailed in the cancellation policy associated with the rate booked. In the cases of the aforementioned booking cancellations, Hampton By IC's, Rohillapur has no obligation to guarantee new bookings or the best available rates. A new booking at the current best available rate will need to be made by the guest at the time of the new reservation.
As a condition of using this website, you agree to provide proof of payment to the hotel reservations department within 48 hours of the time of booking and to indicate the reservation confirmation number on the proof of payment. You will be fully responsible for any banking fees and/or costs required to complete the bank funds transaction(s). Furthermore, you acknowledge that the reservation may be cancelled by the hotel if proof of payment is not submitted within the 48-hour notice period. You will be responsible for any cancellation or no-show penalties incurred and hereby acknowledge that the booking and personal contact information provided is correct for the hotel’s validation purposes.
Below are the details of our Cancellation Policy:
Standard Cancellation:
- Cancellations made up to 48 hours before the check-in date will receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in will be subject to a charge equivalent to one night's stay.
Non-Refundable Bookings:
- For promotional or discounted rates, cancellations or changes to the booking are non-refundable, and the full amount of the stay will be charged.
No-Show Policy:
- If the guest does not show up on the day of check-in without prior notice, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
Early Departure:
- In case of early departure after check-in, the guest will be charged for the full duration of the original booking.
Group Bookings (5 rooms or more):
- Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the check-in date to receive a full refund.
- Cancellations made less than 7 days before check-in will incur a charge of 50% of the total booking cost.
- Any communicated/agreed non-refundable booking will not be accepted as a cancellation.
Force Majeure: In the event of unforeseeable circumstances such as natural disasters, government regulations, or emergencies, the hotel reserves the right to modify or waive cancellation charges.
